Cleveland, TN

Home base. From older neighborhoods near downtown that predate sewer expansion to newer builds on the edges where septic is standard, Cleveland has every kind of system in every kind of condition. Charleston & Calhoun

North Bradley County along the Hiwassee. Older properties, established systems, and river-bottom ground that keeps water tables in the conversation. Wet-weather drain field trouble is a repeat visitor up here — if your drains slow every time it storms, that's a field conversation, not a tank one.

The growth side of the county.
